Our complex has been having issues of responsiveness and professionalism with out current property management company. Recently being voted in as president of our home owners association, HOA this is the primary issue we are facing. Just like every one else I have a very very full schedule and a very limited amount of time for keeping up with this, but I suppose someone has to do it and that would be me now. At least it is a small community and we don’t have much property and few amenities to keep track of and to up keep on. The biggest thing that needs to be done is a change in property management company like I stated above. Not sure where to begin in finding companies willing to manage a small complex such as this. I thought I would begin with doing some research on the Internet for property management companies.

Transglobe property management came up along with several other companies. I began looking into these companies, reviewing any information I could find on their web sits and in the listings with the Better Business Bureau for Transglobe property management. There is a lot to be considered besides the monthly cost of the service provided by the property management company. What would the fees include would we be considered important enough since we are such a small complex, especially since many of these companies state they service properties large and small. Well yes, however would we be over shadowed by a larger property paying a large monthly fee? Well the starting point is reviewing and narrowing down from all available, using process of elimination those without any local representatives and some didn’t like to answer their phones. After these were eliminated we set up appointments to meet face to face and get a feeling for the companies ability to service our needs.

Stress can make you sick. And studies have come out proving that stress at work is contributing to disease. Diseases such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Other things that can result from job stress are obesity, high blood pressure and insulin resistance. The higher the stress level at work, or in general, the more likely they were to develop these kinds of diseases. So you are stressed at your job and it doesn’t matter if you have effective leadership skills, what can you do to reduce it? The good news is that there are things you can do to help manager your stress levels, and in turn, make your life a lot healthier.

The first thing you need to do is be able to identify what is stressing you out. If you can do that, you can come up with ways to combat these stressors and become healthier and happier. A good start is getting a good night’s sleep. Sleep is how the body rejuvenates itself. Try not to drink too much caffeine before bed or throughout the day, because that can keep you awake and it’s a vicious cycle. How are you going to participate in customer service training if you can’t keep your eyes open? Not well, that’s the answer. Plus it’s a lot more difficult to concentrate when you are tired.

Another way you can reduce stress is by making sure you get the proper amount of exercise. Being at a healthy weight will do amazing things for your overall well-being. Exercise will also help elevate your mood and it will help you sleep better as well. And you don’t need to run marathons either. Just an hour of brisk walking, say with your dog can do wonders for your help if you make it a habit. Eating well also can help significantly.

Teenage Entrepreneurs Johannesburg

I was abroad in Johannesburg investigating a new company which will help the company I work for gain more customers when I notice some young teenagers set up a table outside several luxury hotels Johannesburg offers to the business travelers. These teenagers placed on the simple six foot table several eye pleasing colorful jars filled with various toiletry items necessary for that weary business traveler who might have either forgotten to pack some lotion or used up what they did pack.

It must be profitable for them because I watched them, while I waited for a service car to pick me up, set up every morning and with an alacrity of enthusiasm. While riding in the service car being taken to the company I was here to do business with, I couldn’t help think back and wonder why I didn’t take on the challenge to be different than the others, to be a teenage entrepreneur. Instead I took the usual route and worked at a fast-food restaurant saving up my money; playing it safe as it were, instead of having the courage to make an attempt to bring those dozens of ideas and dreams I had has a young teenager into fruition.

Even though now, I don’t have my own business, back then I know if I started my own small business, like those teenagers I watched selling jarred toiletries, I possible would’ve made more money than the minimum wage I was earning flipping burgers and probably made a career early on in my life and a career I enjoyed. I wouldn’t have had to rely on my parent’s allowance and achieved an unimaginable independence that would be attractive to the opposite sex.

The experience of having made my own money and building up my own business would’ve also built up my confidence about who I am and built up the confidence to achieve my many other dreams. Well, currently, as I arrive in front of the company I’m here to do business with, I can, at least, have admiration for those teenagers that did have the gumption and confidence to make their dreams come true.

Singapore is a member of ASEAN, Association of Southeast Asian Nations. Singapore and China are allies and considered to be of the most powerful countries in the region.
